Any return of goods must be made within seven days of receipt of those goods. Any returns outside of these dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. Items returned will incur an automatic 25% (minimum) re-stocking charge on the cost of the goods, unless there has been an order input or despatch error, or there is a product fault. No refunds will be made in respect of carriage charges.
Special or made to measure products cannot be refunded once they have been invoiced. We also cannot accept returns for any special orders as they are non-stocked item.
Reclaimed or any clearance products cannot be returned, you can however cancel the order before it has been dispatched.
Any products that have been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned or refunded.
On Receipt Of Your Order
Please check the contents thoroughly, any damage must be noted on signature at the time of delivery. If any of the packages are damaged, or you suspect damage of any kind, clearly write DAMAGED on the paperwork or refuse the whole delivery. Please advise us immediately of any delivery received damaged, or items missing, if items are missing then we must be notified within 48 hours. Claims may not be accepted if the above procedures are not followed.
